Next-Generation Lightweight Transport System Featuring Magnetic Coupling

POINT1

Magnetic Coupling:

The shuttle unit on the upper rail is magnetically synchronized with the air-driven unit  that travels inside the air duct. By this magnetic coupling, lightweight items placed on the shuttle are transported smoothly and efficiently.

●Capable of transporting items weighing up to 15 kg

 (Note: Customization may be required depending on the nature of the items.)

●One air-driven unit can transport two shuttles simultaneously, allowing a combined payload of up to 30 kg per cycle

Circulation Function:
Switching the circulation valve enables continuous airflow cycling. Flow direction can also be reversed through valve control.

Flow Path Switching:
By switching the switch valve, the transport path can be redirected to either the left or right route.

The system enables precise stopping using magnetic attraction and eddy current braking mechanisms.
