In line with our corporate principle, “Let’s create a happy home and a pleasant workplace,” the JCM Group has established this declaration to promote Health and Productivity Management initiatives that respect the physical and mental well-being of our employees and their families.
As a company-wide framework aimed at maintaining and promoting the health of employees across the Group, the executive officer in charge of administration, together with the Health and Productivity Management Promotion Project team, takes a central role in providing oversight and supervision. They collaborate and coordinate with external organizations and internal departments, share information, and examine initiatives based on data while verifying their effectiveness.
In addition, in cooperation with department managers, we ensure that the Health and Productivity Management Declaration is communicated to employees and implemented, thereby establishing a framework that supports the creation of a better workplace environment.
With regard to the Health and Productivity Management Strategy Map, while incorporating mid- to long-term strategic objectives, we will first place emphasis on initiatives that respect the physical and mental well-being of each and every employee and their families, as stated in our Health and Productivity Management Declaration, particularly focusing on physical health promotion activities and the promotion of work-life balance, while verifying KPIs.
