General

When was JCM established?: A.JCM was established on Jan 11th 1955.
How much capital does the company hold?: A.We have 2.216 billion yen in capital. (as of March 31, 2014)
When was JCM listed on the stock market?: A.We were listed on the Second section of the Osaka Securities Exchange (as a special designated stock) in September 1993 and subsequently on the Second Section (with the special designation removed) in September 1995.
We were then listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2000. On September 1st, 2004, we moved on to the First Section of both the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange.
Since the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange were integrated on July 16, 2013, we’ve been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange only.
Where are your subsidiaries located?: A.Please see “Group Companies”
Where is your bank located?: A.Our main banks are the Resona Bank and the Mitsui Sumitomo Bank.

Do you have a shareholder special benefit plan?: A. After careful consideration from various angles, we decided to dispense with the shareholder special benefit plan we had in place. We have shifted to cash bonuses based on our dividend policy.
